Potato, Silverbeet & Bone Broth Gratin

Assemble layers of thinly sliced potato, sautéed Silverbeet, onion & garlic, doused with a thyme and garlic spiked chicken bone broth & cream.
Cook long and slow in the oven until the potatoes have soaked up the rich broth and everything is melting and golden.
Make ahead if needed and reheat to serve. Perfect for an every night dinner through to entertaining with a Sunday roast.
Serve with anything from other veggies, fish, chicken, beef, pork of lamb.
