Broth Pine Lime Passionfruit Pop

Ingredients

1 c GOOD BONES Beef Broth
1⁄2 a pineapple, core and skin removed
3 passion fruit, pulp strained
1 lime, juiced and zested
2 tbs maple syrup
4 tbs gelatin powder
1 c coconut vanilla yogurt

Method

Roughly chop the pineapple flesh.
In a high-speed blender blend everything except the gelatine & yoghurt, until it is completely smooth.

Heat the fruit puree to just before boiling then whisk in the gelatine, and keep whisking making sure there are now lumps. Set aside to cool (this stops it separating when freezing and makes a less “solid icy” pop)

Dollop 1 tbs of yoghurt into each pop mould then top with puree. Freeze for a min of 4hrs.
Makes 12 x approx 100ml pops
