Broth Peach Raspberry Gummies
The second instalment in our Summer bone broth recipe series from @everynightoftheweek. A gut healing and immune boosting fix that even the most reluctant family member will find hard to resist. I mean, who could say no?!
Ingredients
1 c GOOD BONES Chicken Broth
1 c peach nectar
1 c frozen raspberries
1-3 tbs maple syrup (depending on the sweetness of nectar and berries)
1⁄2 c beef gelatin
Method
In a high-speed blender, blend everything but the gelatin, until it is completely smooth.
Strain out the raspberry seeds.
Bloom the gelatin in 1 cup of water until smooth and mud like.
Bring the puree mixture to just under the boil and whisk in the gelatin until completely smooth.
Pour mixture into a baking tray w sides - we used a 25x15cm one - and place in the fridge to set.
Cut into bit size shapes and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
We were able to cut about 90 2cm x 2cm gummies 1cm thick. It should set in 1-2hrs.
