Mayo is mostly oil, so we made sure ours is the good stuff. Real olive oil, not the cheap, industrial seed oil most brands hide behind. The result? Rich, creamy, ridiculously addictive mayo you'll want to put on everything.

100% guilt free, with no sugar, no gluten, no dairy, no artificial colours, no preservatives or additives and of course no cheap and unhealthy vegetable oils.

Olive Oil (76%), free range egg (12%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil (5%), apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, mustard powder, sea salt, rosemary extract.

KNOW YOUR FATS

Commercially produced mayonnaise products contain cheap and nasty industrial seed oils, usually in the form of canola oil or sunflower oil. Unlike animal fats and oils made from fruit such as olives, vegetable oils (which are actually derived from seeds) are high in omega-6 polyunsaturated fats. Omega-6 fats are highly unstable and when they come into contact with oxygen, heat and light, toxic chemicals called free radicals are formed. In order to extract these oils from their seeds, they require harsh processing. This involves high heat extraction, chemical solvents, bleaching and deodorising, creating free radicals in the process. Free radicals cause inflammation, damage to our cells and wreak havoc on our health.

HOW TO ENJOY

Toss it through a potato salad, Caesar, or coleslaw. Slather it on your sandwiches, burgers, protein or veggies. Whisk it into a sauce that needs a little more GOOD. Or skip the middleman and dip your veggie sticks straight in.

Storage note: Because our mayo is made with olive oil, it can separate slightly at extreme temperatures, this is completely normal. If you notice a little separation after opening, just give it a good stir before using. Store in the fridge door after opening for best results.
