Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you might want to know about our food. If your question isn't here, email us at info@undividedfoodco.com — a real human reads it.

Are your products really free from seed oils?

Yes. We don't use industrial seed oils — canola, sunflower, soybean or rice bran — in anything we make. Our GOOD FAT range is made with olive oil, and GOOD Oil Crispy Chilli Oil is made with extra virgin olive oil (63%).

What do you use instead of sugar?

Our sauces are sweetened naturally with monk fruit juice concentrate, and in some cases coconut aminos and balsamic vinegar. GOOD Sauce Tomato Ketchup has under 1 gram of sugar per serve.

Are your products gluten free?

Yes — our broths, mayonnaise, aioli and sauces are all labelled gluten free, with 0g gluten declared on the nutrition panel. The full ingredients and nutrition information for each product is on its product page.

Which products contain allergens?

GOOD FAT Mayo, Jumbo Mayo, Aioli and Chilli Mayo contain egg. GOOD Sauce Satay contains peanuts. Allergen declarations appear under Ingredients on every product page.

Are the bone broths organic?

Yes. GOOD BONES TO GO broths are 100% certified organic (ACO Cert. No. 11509), made in Australia from at least 99% Australian ingredients. The chicken broth is simmered for over 12 hours and the beef for over 24 hours.

Do the bone broths need refrigeration?

Not while unopened — the pouches are shelf stable and designed as a convenient single serve. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 days, or freeze for up to 6 months.

How do I heat the broth?

Microwave it in the pouch by cutting the top and heating on high for 2–3 minutes, or empty it into a saucepan and heat on the stovetop. Add your favourite herbs and spices if you like — we think it's great straight up.

How should I store the mayo and aioli?

Store in a cool place away from sunlight. Refrigerate after opening — the fridge door is perfect — and use within the period stated on the label or by the best-before date, whichever comes first.

My mayo looks like it has separated. Is that normal?

Yes. Because our mayo and aioli are made with real olive oil, they can separate slightly at extreme temperatures. It's completely normal — just give it a good stir and it will come back together.

How should I store the sauces?

Shake well before use and refrigerate after opening.

Where are your products made?

Everything is made in Australia. Some ingredients are imported — the country of origin statement is on every label, and the full ingredient list for each product is on its product page.

Can I buy your products in store?

Yes — see our Stockists page for retailers who carry the range.

Do you supply cafes, restaurants and retailers?

We do. Head to our Wholesale Enquiries page and we'll be in touch.
