Kimchi, Egg and Miso (breakfast) Bone Broth
This Kimchi, Egg and Miso bone broth is a nourishing and satisfying start to the day when you need that little bit extra.
Ready in 2 minutes so you can make it and run if you’re in a hurry. Add some left over cooked rice, noodles or bean sprouts if you want to make it into a meal and think about this as a great jar broth. You can pack all these things into a jar then just heat up your broth at work and pour in.
Just add miso (we love Meru Miso), live kimchi, shallots and some nori to a jar or bowl. Heat about 1 cup of broth - chicken or beef - to the boil, lightly season and stir through a whisked egg quickly so it’s just cooks then pour that into the jar (or bowl). Gently stir everything around. Enjoy.
