Mediterranean Basted BBQ Prawns with Spicy Aioli

Ingredients
6 large prawns in the shell (or lobster tails)
1 garlic clove
1/3 cup GOOD Oil Mediterranean Dressing
2 tsp olive oil
25 g butter, melted
1 tbsp capers
5 g (or 10 sprigs) oregano
1/4 cup GOOD FAT Aioli combined with 1 tsp GOOD Sauce Hot Habanero
Lemon wedges
Baguette
Sliced radish
Method
Remove each prawn head and cut down back to butterfly.
In a small food processor blend: garlic, Mediterranean dressing, oil, butter, capers and oregano.
Brush the flesh of the prawns with the marinade and place on a grill - flesh/open side up. Cook until prawns begin to turn white, about 3-5 minutes.
Flip for 1 minute to colour the flesh.
Serve with more marinade, lemon wedges, fresh baguette and sliced radish and of course the combined Hot Habanero & Aioli.
