Healthy Two Minute Noodles by our GOOD mate Chef Guy Turland
Real food made well is what Chef Guy Turland is all about, and we couldn't be more excited about this delcious Healthy Two Minute Noodle recipe that he’s whipped up for us using amazing jerky from another Undivided friend Barbell Foods. It’s all made in a reusable Yeti Cup for a cheeky meal that can take with you anywhere you please!
INGREDIENTS

Difficulty: Easy
Noodle Spice Mix:
2 teaspoons garlic powder
½ tsp cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground ginger
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon kosher salt
Ingredients:
1 packet Mie Noodles (find them at Part & Parcel store).
3 tbs Barbell Jerky
500 ml GOOD BONES Beef Broth
1 tbs dried mushrooms
METHOD
1. Prepare Noodle Spice Mix:
Combine all spices together in a small bowl. Store in an airtight container until needed.
2. Assemble Noodle Cups:
Divide the Mie Noodles and Barbell Jerky evenly between two Yeti Cups. Add 1 teaspoon of the spice mix to each cup.
3. Cooking Instructions:
To finish off your two-minute noodles, boil the GOOD BONES Bone Broth. Pour the hot broth into each Yeti Cup, screw on the lid tightly, and wait for two minutes until the noodles cook.
