Chicken Schnitty with Aioli

Lucy Tweed a.k.a. @everynightoftheweek does it again with GOOD FAT Aioli Chicken Schnitty!⁣

Sure to be a favourite with the whole family, the chicken is 'painted' with Aioli before it's pressed into the flavoured crumb for next level flavour. Genius!⁣

Ingredients

2 organic chicken breasts, cut horizontally into two even halves Lemon zest from 1 small lemon⁣
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast⁣
1⁄4 cup GOOD FAT Aioli⁣
80 g sourdough crumbs
2 tablespoons dried rosemary⁣
2 tablespoon dried oregano⁣
1⁄4 cup olive oil⁣

Method⁣

Combine panko crumbs, lemon zest, nutritional yeast and dried herbs.⁣
Paint GOOD FAT Aioli thickly on either side of the chicken halves and press into the flavoured crumb.⁣
Pan fry the chicken in olive oil over medium-high heat until golden brown, approx. 2 minutes each side.⁣
Serve with mashed potato, sauerkraut and, of course, GOOD FAT Aioli. Maybe even a pickle, if you feel like it.
