Chocolate and Tropical Broth Pops by Naturopath Renee Lynch
Our good friend and clinical naturopath Renee Lynch has shared her go-to Brothy icy pole (aka. Brothsicle) recipes with us in preparation for the warm weather ahead.
There's a Tropical, think frosty fruit vibes but better, and a Chocolate recipe (enriched with hidden egg yolk!) that makes a perfect on the go breakfast, a nutritious afternoon treat or a just because it’s too hot to eat actual food snack for kids and adults alike!!!
They are a breeze to whip up, packed full of brothy goodness (of course!), summer-approved and perfect for discerning taste buds.
