Anti-Inflammatory Broth With Turmeric & Coconut Milk

This is one of our favourite snacks at the Undivided HQ. Turmeric is the anti-inflammatory power spice, with so many health boosting properties. The nourishing fats from the coconut milk stabilise your blood sugar levels, leaving you feeling satisfied and preventing those nasty sugar cravings. The perfect snack option!

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup of GOOD BONES Broth broth (chicken or beef, but we prefer chicken for this recipe)

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1 tbsp of organic coconut milk

  • Pinch of pepper (this helps absorb the turmeric)

METHOD

  1. Add the broth to a saucepan and heat until it comes to a light simmer

  2. Add the coconut milk 

  3. Turn off the heat and add the turmeric and pepper and stir until well combined. Blend for a creamer consistency.
